Phoenix on my mind |12:08 PM| I love the look of Arizona. yearn to return to its glorious desolation.
I want a job, a life there.
I'll live among the scorpions, learn their ways, perhaps become their president.
I have plenty of good reasons and people keeping me in Austin, however, so I'll just visit. One thing is for certain, I'm driving or renting a car next time. I had a good time, but it would have been better if I didn't have to rely on other people for rides. Geekygrrl and Heintzer were the best hosts I could hoped for.
I'm trying to figure out what the fuck I should do with that comedy site I should be running.

Woo hoo, things to do when you're back from Vacation |11:50 PM| When I get back into town, I've got a couple things on the high priorty agenda.
One is to get my hands on a bike helmet, and retrieve my bike from my folks.
Before I do that, I have to throw away 50 pounds of stuff from my room, to equal out the bike. Then I will go bike riding in the evenings, and when PortalStar gets her bike back, she'll be able to ride with me.
I also need to inspect my house. My roommate called to let me know water was leaking from the ceiling, on the first floor of our 2 floor apartment. Fuck. According to maintenance, the overflowplate (whatever that is) in our shower is screwed, and they're going to have to cut large holes in places to get to it.
Begin the process of home brewing rootbeer.
Oh hell, I just remembered that all my groceries are at Portal's house. Damn. I hope she didn't eat all of my bananas. Not that she shouldn't. Hey Portal, eat all the bananas. They'll be bad by the time I get back.
I have a mobile I want to assemble.
A buddy of mine is hooking me up with Mandrake CDs, (finally) so I can install a proper version of Linux on my third machine at home.
Call that Didjeridu guy, talk him down on the lesson prices. Practice a little violin before going to that woman on Saturday.
Oh, and maybe, just maybe, swing by the bank and pick up some student loan pamphlets. You know, for kicks.
