Work all day just to keep my job... |8:21 AM| It's a bit distressing to get to work before the sun rises, but at this point it's the only way to stay ahead. I pulled some overtime over the weekend, so my paycheck will be a bit larger in a couple weeks. I did some unpaid computer repair for my folks, and it was a strange kind of ego boost when my family was so impressed by my use of a computer without a mouse. Learning to use windows without a mouse is a skill that will increase your normal work speed, as well as amuse and amaze family and friends. I decided over the weekend that I'm going to need to send out some "Season's Greetings" cards or the like to a couple of my customers. They've referred me some free-lance work, and I really appreciated it. The least I can do is make a nice gesture, and maybe bake some cookies that don't burst into flame.
I managed to try out UT2k3, and I'll have to get in touch with JP. Our destructive power was incredible on UT, and I'm sure we can join forces again for this. I wonder what the requirements are for a good server for UT2. I ran one for UT for a little while, which allowed a whole 8 humans online at once before it all went to hell. I'm sure some of that was processor, so I bet I can a couple more folks with the new hardware I have now. Well, new is relative.

I saw "Attack of the giant horny gorilla in 3D" over the weekend, and found it highly amusing. I really don't know how movies that are so blatantly terrible get made. I don't seek out crap films nearly as much as I once did, but the chance to see something that horrific, complete with 3D was tempting enough.

I had a lot more to say, since it's been a while since my last update. Some things just get burned away with only a short time, I guess. I'll throw some more stuff onto the top of this entry a little later, I'm sure.
