Congress Street LED's |11:19 AM| A while back, The city of Austin strung long chains of LEDs (I mean, I assume they're LEDs) across Congress street. I can't seem to find any information about who made them, why they put them up, who controls them, etc.
They're pretty, and interesting, I just wish I could find some information about them.
